Clean hotel with helpful staff. Perfect location close to the center. Neat, air-conditioned room with beautiful grounds and a lovely balcony. Plenty of brilliant food available.

Everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, good location to the Water Park. Our room was large with a lovely balcony and the overall experience was perfectly pleasant! A fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning were available here. Attentive and amiable employees helped us a lot. We greatly enjoyed staying here and will be back.

The hotel is in a fantastic location pretty close to the city center. Attentive and amiable staff. - Plenty of excellent meal options. - the location is next to a great sandy beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. - the pool area is nice too.

This place has a fantastic location in a pretty nice area, so close to shops, the centrum, the beach, and the center. the restaurant we tried for lunch was located extremely close to the venue.

Our studio suite had all the essentials we needed like an electric kettle and a fridge. We could also adjust the room temperature to our liking with climate control. Plus, there was a kitchenette available for us to use 🍳.

had an amazing honeymoon in faliraki, Sam's Studios exceeded all expectations! Great location, 5 min walk to the beach, fantastic pool and slides. Helpful staff, tidy rooms, and delicious food. Will definitely be back!
